In 1970's, The Group developed its premier urban development, Damansara Utama. This comprised around 3,500 residential and commercial units and set a standard of modern urban living in the country. Damansara Utama and Damansara Jaya offered modern residential development with amenities which was well planned, designed and promptly delivered.

In the 1990's, the Group focused on its Damansara Uptown Project. The first of four phases have been completed and currently providing quality purpose-built office towers, car park complex and hawker center. This development is well received by the local business community, which prefers to do business in the strategic location of Damansara Utama.
